About
At NXT Level Chiropractic & Integrated Health, we provide integrated, patient-centered care focused on recovery, performance, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness. Our team combines chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine, rehabilitative therapies, and advanced recovery treatments to help patients feel and perform at their best.
NXT Level was created to deliver personalized, results-driven healthcare for athletes, active individuals, and patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents or work-related injuries. Dr. Leone is a board-certified chiropractor and former Division I ice hockey athlete at Syracuse University who previously served as the sole chiropractor for Rothman Orthopaedic Institute prior to relocating to Arizona.
Our integrated approach combines hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, movement optimization, and holistic wellness strategies to support healing, improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall performance. We proudly care for patients of all activity levels, including professional and collegiate athletes from the NHL, MLB, NFL, PGA, LPGA, professional tennis, professional pickleball, and Division I athletics.”
